How to Make a Friends Riddle Tournament

Use 20 questions and rotate who reads. Nobody gets to answer while holding the answer key because friendship has limits.

For a speed round, give five seconds per clue. For a logic round, give up to a minute and let everyone write before answers are revealed.

I like a “confidence point” too: before the answer, everyone says whether they are 100%, 50%, or completely guessing. The wrong answers become much funnier when somebody was aggressively certain.

The funniest part is usually not who wins. It is learning that your friend can solve an abstract logic problem in ten seconds but needs three full minutes to realize the answer is “a shoe.”
